RESERVATION PROCEDURE

To formalize the reservation you must enter the bank account that will indicate a payment and signal corresponding to 25% of the total price of the stay.
The rest of the tax is paid during the stay at the accommodation.
The accommodation will be occupied exclusively by the name of the people booked.

CONTRACT CONDITIONS

This accommodation is rented in its entirety (whole house)
The months of July and August are considered high season
The rest of the year is considered low season
During the months of July and August, the minimum stay is 1 week
During weekends, the minimum stay is two nights
If you want to hire an extra bed, you must inform us in advance
Cots are available at no extra cost for children under two years of age

ENTRY AND EXIT TIMES

For weekend bookings:

– Entry: Friday from 6:00 p.m

– Departure: Sunday before 8:00 p.m

For whole week booking:

– Entry: from 5:00 p.m

– Departure: before 10:00

CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION

In accordance with DECREE 159/2012, of 20 November, on establishments of tourist accommodation and housing for tourist use of the Generalitat of Catalonia, the following cancellation regime will apply:

Cancellation made by the customer within ten days prior to the arrival date results in the following penalties:

a) Reservation for two days, 50% of the total price of the stay.

b) Reservation for more than two days and up to seven days, 35% of the total price of the stay.

c) Reserve for more than seven days 25% of the total price of the stay.

The above penalties are not applicable when the cancellation occurs due to force majeure, duly documented.

The customer has the right to cancel the confirmed reservation, without any penalty, as long as it is done before ten days before the date of arrival, unless otherwise agreed.

The establishment reserves the right of admission.
